Clare McQueen Sater
After graduating from St. Petersburg High School, Clare attended the University of Florida, where she pursued her love for the arts by attaining her bachelor’s degree in Art History. After receiving her undergraduate degree, Clare went on to earn her law degree from Stetson University College of Law, serving as a Notes & Comments Editor on the Stetson Law Review and participating in the Dispute Resolution Board.
Prior to joining Legacy Protection Lawyers, Clare practiced in the Tampa office of a regional law firm, focusing on complex insurance coverage litigation and counseling. This experience strengthened her skills in legal research and writing as well as her ability to analyze complex legal issues. She now draws on her background to assist clients with estate planning and probate and trust administration. Clare is committed to developing personalized estate plans that reflect each client’s goals, protect their legacy, and provide peace of mind for them and their families.
