Katie Holtgrewe
Katie Holtgrewe was born and raised outside of St. Louis on her family farm. At a young age, she learned the importance of hard work and personal accountability. The values she acquired from her parents and family quickly bore fruit as she earned the honor of valedictorian upon graduation from her high school class. Her academic awards followed her to college. Despite working full-time to pay for her studies, she graduated summa cum laude from Southern Illinois University in Carbonale with a Bachelor of Science in Funeral Service.
After college, Katie moved to Florida to complete her professional internship at Anderson-McQueen Family Tribute Centers. She proudly served the St. Petersburg community and its surrounding areas as a licensed funeral director and embalmer. By handling all the details associated with creating meaningful tributes, she provided comfort to families in their times of need.
Following the sudden and unexpected loss of her own father, Katie learned the undeniable value of estate planning. At that time in her life, she knew she wanted to help others prevent the avoidable challenges and hardships that many face after the death of a loved one.
Katie enjoys home improvement projects, relaxing at the beach, and being active outdoors. She is the doting aunt of 5 nephews and 1 niece, all of southern Illinois.
